We are disappointed that you failed to abstain in voting for Mr. Obama on Monday, December 15th. As a result, you will be part of a future civil and criminal action legal suit that we will file after Mr. Obama is found to have fraudulently presented himself as a fully qualified candidate for POTUS.

He is NOT a natural born citizen who is required under the very Constitution you swore to uphold and defend against such fraudulent actions. You were required to do due diligence to make sure that your oath was implemented. This you’ve failed to do and thus broke your oath.

You can’t plead innocence as we fully informed you of the situation and have proof of that in the returned Post Office receipts proving you had such information delivered to you. We sent you two follow-up letter with additional information. Willingly and with full knowledge, you choose to ignore that information. In doing such you became a willing accomplice to the fraud.

When those who gave Mr. Obama money find out about this fraud, there will be many class action legal suits brought to regain the donations. The legal suit will go after Mr. Obama, the National Democratic Party, and you.

We have the lawyers and money to make this law suit a reality. We only wait now to have Mr. Obama be shown as a fraud. You have clearly shown yourself through your vote to have been a willing partner in the greatest fraud pulled on the American people.

We make you a first and last offer. Renounce your vote in a notarized letter sent to the Federal Election Commission and to the Supreme Court. A copy of this also must be sent to us. This MUST be done before Congress reconvenes. If you do this, we will drop you from both the civil and criminal law suits.

Presidential election:

Number of States won by: Democrats: 19 Republicans: 29

Square miles of land won by:
Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by:
Democrats: 127 million Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Democrats: 13.2 Republicans: 2..1

Professor Olson adds:
"In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare...

" Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.
