Life will always have obstacles that will block your path, but will you be ready when the time comes to take the first step in attempting to overcome those obstacles? When you go through those things in life, who will you have that will be here for you?

Would it be someone who truely loves you and cares for you? Steven was once told that "True love is being there for those you care about, and showing them that you actually do care.”

Even though he is going through a really tough time in his life right now, he knows that there is someone who truely loves him and cares for him and who cares about what he is going through. His name is Jesus. Without Him, Steven would have failed in this journey of life months ago. There was a time when he had nowhere to sleep, nothing to eat, nothing clean to wear, and nothing to do but look straight to the sky and pray.

"God has never left me even though I fell from his path so many times. He is a God of love and a God of forgiveness. He is a God of mercy and a God of grace. God was with me the entire time.

God has still been looking out for me even when I least expected it. Things are slowly getting better by the day and I feel in my spirit that sometime soon, I will be living in my own home, I should have some type of job that could help pay bills, and I should have a car.

God should be as number one in in my life like he should have been in the first place. Because without Him, things would have just been getting worse instead of better. God will show me favor during my current trials and tribulations as long as I keep my eyes and my mind focused on his word." ~ Steven Ambrose

God has great and mighty plans for Steven. God will never throw in the towl for anything. He is just allowing Steven to go through these things so that he might grow strong in his faith and so that when worse things are thrown at him, he would be able to stand firm. God wants all of us to be successful in life. He doesn't want us to be Zeros, but he has called us all to be Heroes. He didn't call us to be losers, but he has called us to be doers. He has not called us to live in fear, but has called us to be fearsome.

Steven read a quote once that read,

"When the going gets tough, quit".

But Steven says,

When the going continues to get tougher, look at it in the face and get even tougher than the going". " ~ Steven Ambrose
